Furtado coming to Ottawa

Canadian songstress Nelly Furtado brings her Get Loose Tour to the Scotiabank Place in Ottawa on Friday, April 6 as part of a cross-Canada tour.
Furtado will begin the tour on March 21 in her home town of Victoria, B.C.
Furtado burst onto the national and international music stage with her debut album Whoa, Nelly! and the hit single I'm Like A Bird, which went on to win her the 2001 Grammy for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance and four Juno Awards including Best Single. Furtado won her fifth Juno for Song of the Year for Powerless (Say What You Want) from the 2003 album Folklore.
Loose is her third major release and features hit singles, Promiscuous, Maneater, and her new single Say It Right.
Divine Brown and Saukrates will be the opening acts.
